Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term business goals into actionable engineering strategies.
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Research and integrate emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Ensure System Reliability: Oversee security protocols and system performance to ensure zero downtime for mission-critical applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes; deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
