Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale computations.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models, focusing on reasoning and hallucination reduction.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI readiness, ensuring our stack is future-proofed for 2026 standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and low latency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
