Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation generative models and neural architectures.
- Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for AI development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing to drive strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-level NLP or computer vision models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
