Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum neural networks on D-Wave/Hardware platforms
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for quantum-enhanced decision systems
- Create proprietary algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography and secure data transmission
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing summits and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum machine learning principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (MS + 5yrs experience acceptable)
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Security clearance eligibility for DoE/NASA collaborative projects
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum algorithm implementations with >99.9% fidelity
