- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or advanced materials)
- Track record of launching futuristic products/services in regulated industries
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across multiple geographies
- Deep network of contacts in venture capital and academic research
