Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Define the technical vision and architectural standards for AI systems to ensure longevity and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and increasing inference accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models into high-traffic environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
