The Role
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and ethical.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the research and development of generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Optimize model inference and training times for high-volume production environments.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are adhered to in all deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
