Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and memory efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Mentor and coach data scientists and machine learning engineers on advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into robust AI features.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI engineering or machine learning research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
