Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure for large-scale Generative Models and Autonomous Agents.
- Model Optimization: Apply advanced quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to reduce inference costs while maintaining model accuracy.
- RAG Pipelines: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure data privacy and relevance.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Implement guardrails and alignment techniques to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Knowledge: Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and Prompt Engineering.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex system design challenges and optimize high-traffic applications.
