Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 release cycle.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies to forecast and integrate 2026-ready capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the technical roadmap for futuristic features.
- Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in high-load environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI and machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
