Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for latency and throughput.
- Lead the technical migration of legacy systems to a quantum-ready infrastructure stack.
- Define best practices for AI safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
