Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of handling next-generation data streams and computational loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Edge Intelligence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 vision.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and senior engineers alike.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
