Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agent systems.
- Lead the design and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Research and prototype quantum-ready algorithms and cryptographic security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including multimodal learning and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and real-time inference pipelines.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or experience in high-security environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
