Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end generative AI solutions tailored for the 2026 market.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
- Research emerging trends in AI to inform the company's long-term strategic roadmap.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing scalable machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI workloads.
