Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents that are optimized for the year 2026.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy for AI development, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and future technology trends.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead efforts to improve model inference speeds, reduce latency, and enhance the overall efficiency of our AI ecosystems.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Proven track record in building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs or Generative AI applications.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
