Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the technical strategy for our proprietary neural network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI code quality and security.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
