Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and prototype emerging technologies to support the company's 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and researchers in best practices for deep learning and distributed systems.
- Model Optimization: Drive performance improvements in inference latency and training throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
