Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems and deep learning models.
- Define the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Quantum AI integration, and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with global data privacy standards.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices and cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
