Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead the research and development of Agentic AI workflows and multimodal large language models.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical AI concepts into user-centric products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance across all projects.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on data structures to improve model accuracy and robustness.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
