Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable deep learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms for predictive analytics.
- Establish MLOps best practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce cloud infrastructure costs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models.
