Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning models and neural networks for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core enterprise products.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and innovative solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related technical field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
