Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy for edge computing environments and high-concurrency web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into market-defining products.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and governance within the engineering department.
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical research papers relevant to the 2026 tech stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Extensive experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
