Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning systems designed for the high-throughput demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI models and large language frameworks.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource consumption for edge devices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
