Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Vision: Define and execute the architectural roadmap for our flagship AI systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the decade ahead.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, distributed machine learning pipelines that can handle petabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of world-class engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.

- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
