Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the architecture for Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms such as reinforcement learning and multimodal models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and system resilience.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for cloud deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Proven track record of shipping production AI products to market.
