Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale transformer models and generative AI pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model performance and reduce inference latency.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in building production-level AI systems and machine learning platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and prompt engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and drive innovation.
