Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures optimized for the unique demands of 2026 technology stacks, including advanced LLMs and edge computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic computing and autonomous agents to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and architects, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and cloud resource utilization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is mandatory.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of implementing experimental technologies and adapting to rapidly evolving tech stacks.
