Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) to determine feasibility and implementation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to strict industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI or machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
