Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure roadmap targeting the 2026 deployment timeline.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, edge computing, quantum-ready algorithms) to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for real-time inference and massive data throughput.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan for long-term technical debt reduction and architectural evolution.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
