Role Overview
As a Senior AI Architect, you will define the architectural blueprint for our flagship 2026 initiatives. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, ensuring our models are robust, efficient, and production-ready.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Networks) into core products.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize large-scale model training and inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- System Design: Proven ability to design end-to-end systems handling high concurrency and massive datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
