Responsibilities

- Model Development: Spearhead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models using Python and cutting-edge frameworks.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our core product ecosystem seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI architecture, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Strong background in designing distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
