Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into our product suite.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct technical due diligence for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) development and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance standards.
