What You Will Do
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of our proprietary LLM infrastructure.
- Drive technical decisions that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize model performance and deployment efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for large-scale LLM deployment.
- Lead the architectural vision for our technology roadmap leading into 2026.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems and deep learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and generative models.
