Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for core AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling massive datasets and real-time inference.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource utilization.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging AI research (e.g., Transformer models, LLMs) into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, data storage solutions (NoSQL, SQL), and API design.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
