- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to maintain our competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product management and executive stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in defining long-term technology strategies for enterprise organizations.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and distributed systems architecture.
- Leadership: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 5+ years in a senior architectural role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
