Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product vision, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance to engineering teams, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines and model inference, ensuring sub-millisecond latency where required.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive training data and model weights.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of emerging trends by integrating cutting-edge research into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
