Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design for the 2026 Neural Interface SDK, ensuring scalability and low-latency performance.
- Develop and optimize proprietary deep learning algorithms designed for real-time edge deployment on wearable hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate quantum computing principles into classical AI workflows.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI within the 2026 framework.
- Mentor a team of high-potential machine learning engineers and researchers.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and validation to ensure system resilience under high computational load.
- Translate complex scientific requirements into robust, production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a proven track record of optimizing inference engines.
- Strong background in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with edge computing, federated learning, and hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs/ASICs).
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps from conception to launch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
