Your Mission
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade systems. You will ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and ready to handle the data demands of the 2026 digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design Core Architecture: Define the high-level structure for next-gen neural networks and distributed AI systems.
- Lead Ethical AI: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in automated decision-making systems.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to prepare AI models for post-silicon era processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale language models (LLMs) ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and familiarity with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to prototype and implement concepts ahead of industry trends.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
