As a key member of our R&D team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning and production-grade engineering, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and ready for the rapid evolution of the 2026 tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI agents designed for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design of high-performance neural networks and optimize inference pipelines for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations in all system implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to keep Apex Innovations ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
