Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of handling quantum-ready data processing and high-frequency autonomous decision-making.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal neural networks to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications in edge computing environments.
- Establish Ethical Frameworks: Define and enforce governance protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in training and fine-tuning large-scale LLMs and developing AI agents.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and optimize for performance at scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
