Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that supports large-scale generative models and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs (Large Language Models) and computer vision algorithms for real-time application.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and researchers to translate novel research concepts into deployable, production-grade software.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges.
