Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust 2D rendering solutions using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to achieve 60fps performance and improve Core Web Vitals scores.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex 2D animations into clean, semantic code.
- Maintain and update existing 2D libraries to support new browser features and SEO best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on performance optimization techniques.
- Ensure all visual assets are accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of the Canvas API and WebGL concepts.
- Experience with SEO best practices and performance auditing tools (e.g., Lighthouse, PageSpeed).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
