- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into complex enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and proprietary technology development.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
