Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines that can handle enterprise-grade data throughput.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in researching and implementing cutting-edge algorithms.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and neural networks to achieve optimal latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to mitigate bias in automated systems.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities.
- Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying AI workloads on major cloud providers.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
