- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate high-level business goals into detailed technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for long-term code maintainability and security.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify future industry trends and technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical strategy.
- Proven expertise in designing complex systems for high-scale environments and handling millions of requests.
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices.
- Experience creating multi-year product roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
