Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust AI systems capable of general-purpose reasoning and autonomous learning.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models (Transformers, GNNs) for high-performance inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure safety, reliability, and ethical deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning research.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience designing distributed systems for training large-scale models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
