Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, icon animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile applications.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Technical Implementation: Work closely with frontend developers to implement animations using CSS, GSAP, or SVG, ensuring performance and responsiveness.
- Asset Management: Produce assets optimized for various platforms and screen sizes, maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Storytelling: Translate complex data and narratives into engaging visual stories that drive user engagement and retention.
- Review & Iterate: Present work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine animations based on user testing and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and vector graphics.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing commercial work and personal creative projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
