Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a comprehensive 2D design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create high-fidelity user interface (UI) mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Produce original 2D illustrations, icon sets, and vector graphics for marketing campaigns and product features.
- Develop and animate 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and copywriters to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative creative environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or UI/UX design.
- Extensive proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, animation, and UI design.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion design tools (e.g., Lottie, Principle, or After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
