Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and visual assets for digital products and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI researchers to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Optimize assets for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print, ensuring high performance without compromising quality.
- Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers and junior animators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced animation techniques and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
