Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting
- Oversee the creation of innovation incubators for 2026-focused projects
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
